Sidekicker is seeking General Assistants for a major site fit-out in Horsley Park, Sydney. This is a hands-on, 3-week assignment on a brand-new distribution centre build where you’ll join the assembly crew to help finish the project.

You’ll perform system assembly, prep and detailing, follow layouts, and provide general site support. Expect a great roster (Mon–Fri, 6:30 AM starts) and a team-focused, safety-conscious environment.

Formación

• Clear National Police Check is required.
• Experience in laboring, warehousing, or basic trade assistance is helpful.
• Personal PPE: steel-cap boots, hard hat, and high-visibility vest are required.

An exciting 3 week opportunity, our clients are building out a brand-new distribution centre in Horsley Park, and we need reliable General Assistants to join the assembly crew to help finish the project!

What You’ll Be Doing

This is an active, hands-on assembly role. You’ll be working in a team to build out the warehouse infrastructure from scratch:

• System Assembly: Putting together metal shelving, racks, and high-density storage units using mallets, screwdrivers, and basic hand tools.

• Prep & Detailing: Assembling cardboard storage compartments, fitting metal dividers, and installing corkboards.

• Following Layouts: Measuring panels and placing components accurately according to site schematics.

• General Site Support: Keeping the work area organised and assisting the broader team as the facility takes shape.
