Job summary

Sidekicker has a 5-week assignment in Horsley Park for assembling a brand-new distribution centre. You will join the assembly crew to build warehouse infrastructure from scratch, handling shelving, racks and storage components using mallets, screwdrivers and basic hand tools.

Roster is Mon–Fri, 6:30 AM to 4:30 PM, with top market pay at 34.96 AUD per hour plus super. Requirements include a valid White Card, a clear National Police Check, tool competency, and steel-cap boots, hard hat and hi‑vis

Qualifications

• Valid White Card for site access.

• Competent with basic hand tools (mallets, drivers, tape measures).
• Personal PPE: steel-cap boots, hard hat and hi-vis vest.
• Background in laboring or warehousing preferred.

An exciting 5 week opportunity to join our clients in Horsley Park! They are currently building out a brand-new distribution centre in Horsley Park, and we need reliable General Assistants to join the assembly crew to help finish the project!

What You'll Be Doing

This is an active, hands-on assembly role. You'll be working in a team to build out the warehouse infrastructure from scratch:

• System Assembly: Putting together metal shelving, racks, and high-density storage units using mallets, screwdrivers, and basic hand tools.
• Prep & Detailing: Assembling cardboard storage compartments, fitting metal dividers, and installing corkboards.
• Following Layouts: Measuring panels and placing components accurately according to site schematics.
• General Site Support: Keeping the work area organised and assisting the broader team as the facility takes shape.
