Job summary

Fast Labour Hire is seeking General Labourers and Skilled Labourers to join our Geelong division. You will be deployed to client sites on a daily, weekly, or semi-permanent basis to support a variety of projects, from single dwellings to multi-story developments.

Ideal candidates bring construction experience, White Card, and High Risk licences such as Forklift/EWP/Traffic Control. You will follow site processes and deliver quality workmanship with strong customer focus.

Qualifications

• Construction induction card (White card)
• Minimum of 1 year of construction experience is required
• High Risk licences are preferred such as forklift, EWP and Traffic Control
• Ability to follow systems, processes and guidelines
• Excellent time management and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Deploy to client sites on a daily, weekly, or semi-permanent basis across Geelong
• Perform general labour duties on site within project scopes
• Work on projects ranging from single dwellings to multi-story developments
• Follow on-site systems, processes and guidelines to ensure safety and quality
• Provide on-site communication and customer service as required

The Opportunity:

We are looking for General Labourers & Skilled Labourers that have a range of tickets such Traffic Control, EWP, Forklift that we utilise on site to join our ever-growing Geelong Division.

Working with Fast Labour Hire, you will be deployed to our client's site (the host) on a daily, weekly, or semi-permanent position. Depending on the client's individual needs, your daily role may change but will always remain within the scope general labour. The projects that you'll work on, could consist of a single dwelling, medium density build or a multi-story development. That's the bonus when working with FLH, you will be able to develop your skills across various projects.

The Reward

$35.55 - $40.00 per hour + super + travel

Time and a half and double-time rates paid for overtime

Consistent and ongoing work!

Meal allowance included (over 9.5 hours per shift)

Career development (progression to site supervision)

Successful Applicants Will Need

Construction induction card (White card)

Working with Children's Check Licence (Employee) Desirable

A proven background in construction projects

Minimum of 1 year of construction experience is required

Perform all duties to a high standard

The ability to follow systems, processes and guidelines

Excellent time management and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication skills and a strong focus on customer service

High Risk licences are preferred such as forklift, EWP and Traffic Control
