Monash Health at Kingston Centre is seeking Registered Nurses to excel in clinical practice and grow their leadership capabilities. You will be part of an interdisciplinary team, manage complex discharge planning, and contribute to high-quality patient care across subacute settings.

We offer ongoing learning, support for post-graduate study, and a rotating 7-day roster with both Full Time and Part Time positions.

Formación

• Current AHPRA registration - as a Registered Nurse.
• Proven clinical experience working within aged, subacute or rehabilitation - essential.
• Flexible working style to adapt to changes through the day.
• Compassionate manner, advocating for patients in their vulnerable state.

Responsabilidades

• Provide patient care across aged, subacute or rehabilitation settings.
• Contribute to discharge planning and patient education.
• Address continence and catheter issues as part of care.
• Support learning and leadership opportunities within the team.
