Job summary

Fetch Recruitment are seeking an experienced HSEQ Advisor (Intermediate or Senior) to roaming across Geelong and Western Melbourne sites. You will ensure compliance with OH&S regulations, lead site safety audits, and review subcontractor SWMS.

A Diploma in OHS/WHS is essential, with 5+ years in a similar role, preferably in commercial construction. The role offers a salary range of $150k–$180k plus super, with a car allowance negotiable.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in an OH&S/HSR role, with a track record on high value projects.
• Diploma in OHS/WHS is required.
• Experience in commercial construction advantageous.
• Experience on complex/high-value projects preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site safety audits across multiple Geelong and Melbourne sites.
• Review and report OH&S matters to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Review subcontractor SWMS and ensure safe work practices.
• Collaborate with HSE Manager and site managers to plan OH&S requirements.
• Administer and communicate safety procedures with subcontractors and project teams.
