Qualifications

• Experience delivering or managing gateway, network, integration or secure service capabilities in large ICT government environments.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement with senior executives and technical teams.
• Ability to navigate complex technical and operational environments to design and maintain solutions.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance on planning, design and improvement of service and component availability.
• Investigate breaches of availability and initiates remedial actions.
• Manage schedules and communications of senior managers to optimize time and resources.
