We seek a capable professional with 4+ years in residential gardening, a horticulture qualification, and leadership skills to manage a small team. You will identify plants, control weeds and pests, operate equipment safely, and maintain excellent client relations in outdoor settings.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4+ years of professional experience in residential gardening.
• Horticulture or Parks and Garden qualification is essential.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, an active listener, with excellent communication and time management.
• Good computer skills and ability to utilise an online job management system.
• A current driver’s license and police check are mandatory requirements.

The Role

In this role you will be responsible for helping to maintain the lawns and gardens of our clients. The ideal candidate possesses an exceptional eye for detail, deep botanical knowledge, and the leadership capacity to drive and manage a team.

This is including but not limited to:

• Plant identification, care and use in the landscape
• Weed identification and control
• Pest and disease control
• Safe use of motorized equipment
