Job description

Seeking an experienced gardener to join full-time. You will be responsible for maintaining the gardens at several of our properties, ensuring they remain beautiful and healthy year-round.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lawn care, including mowing, edging, and fertilizing.
• Weed control and pest management.
• Operating and maintaining gardening tools and equipment.
• General garden clean-up and maintenance tasks.

Requirements:

• Semi-experience as a gardener, car licence and car for transport around Gold Coast.
• Proficiency with all basic gardening equipment, including lawnmowers, ride-on mower, trimmers, pruners, hand tools, and spray poison pack.
• Knowledge of plant care, pest control, and landscaping techniques, no hedging required.
• Attention to detail. As a maintenance role, whippy snipping and poisoning are dominant tasks.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Good physical condition and ability to perform manual labor.
