Another Level Gardening on the Northern Beaches is seeking a Gardener / Lawn Maintenance Team Member to join a small, friendly crew. The role focuses on regular maintenance for residential and aged-care clients, delivering reliable, high-quality outdoor work and steady hours.

You’ll mow, edge, trim, hedge and prune, handle garden tidying, and manage green waste while respecting clients and presenting neat properties.

Qualifications

• Experience operating mowers, trimmers and hedgers.
• Reliable, punctual and with a strong work ethic.
• Able to work outdoors in all weather.
• Driver’s licence preferred and right to work in Australia.

Gardener / Lawn Maintenance Team Member, Northern Beaches

Another Level Gardening is an established local business. We’ve been looking after more than 200 homes, strata properties, real estate properties and aged-care clients across the Northern Beaches for over 15 years. Our work is mostly regular maintenance, so it’s steady, and we’re growing. We’re looking for reliable people to join the crew.

What you’ll be doing

Mowing, edging and whipper-snipping lawns

Hedging, pruning and general garden tidy-ups

Weeding, spraying and mulching

Loading and removing green waste

Leaving every property looking sharp and treating clients with respect, including older clients in our aged-care work

What we’re looking for

Experience with mowers, trimmers and hedgers (more is better, but we’ll train the right attitude)

Reliability: you turn up on time, every time

A good work ethic and pride in your work

Fit and happy working outdoors in all weather

A driver’s licence, preferably able to tow a trailer

Must have the right to work in Australia

What we offer

$30-$35 per hour, paid from clock-on to clock-off

Part-time & casual Monday to friday

Steady, recurring work with a friendly, small team
