Job summary

TKS Constructions in New South Wales is seeking an experienced, hands-on leader for gardening and landscaping. You will supervise crews, manage daily workloads, and ensure work is completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard while leading by example.

You will lead crews, ensure tools and materials are prepared, provide clear guidance, and assist with staff training. A strong horticultural background and machinery experience are essential to succeed in this role.

Qualifications

• Experience in gardening or landscaping.,
• Confident supervising staff and organising workloads.
• Current Police Check or ability to obtain one.
• Current Working With Children Check or ability to obtain one.
• Strong knowledge of gardening practices, plants and landscape maintenance.
• Experience operating gardening and landscaping machinery.
• Good mechanical understanding of tools and equipment.
• Irrigation knowledge and basic troubleshooting ability.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

The successful applicant will be expected to lead by example, work alongside the team and help ensure our gardening and landscaping operations run smoothly.
