Job summary

Connectus Recruitment is seeking Garden Maintenance Labourers for roles across Wyndham and Moorabool Shire. Offering consistent 40-hour weeks, immediate starts and potential for permanency. Work involves travel between sites, with company vehicles provided.

Applicants must hold licences and checks on day one; previous garden experience is helpful but not essential. Be prepared for outdoor work in varying weather conditions.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lawn mowing, edging and brushcutting.
• Garden maintenance, pruning, hedging and weeding.
• Mulching, planting, watering and topdressing.
• Herbicide spraying and irrigation maintenance.
• Litter collection and site clean-ups.
• Cleaning BBQ facilities, park furniture and public spaces.

About the Role:
Connectus Recruitment is seeking reliable and hardworking Garden Maintenance Labourers to join an established parks and grounds maintenance team based in Wyndam shire
Offering consistent 40 hour working weeks, immediate starts and ongoing work with potential for a permanent position for the right people.
Work will primarily be across Wyndham, with some sites throughout Moorabool Shire. (Western suburbs)

Key Responsibilities

• Lawn mowing, edging and brushcutting
• Garden maintenance, pruning, hedging and weeding
• Mulching, planting, watering and topdressing
• Herbicide spraying and irrigation maintenance
• Litter collection and general site clean-ups
• Cleaning BBQ facilities, park furniture and public spaces

Essential Requirements Applicants MUST hold:

• Valid Australian Driver's Licence (MR and HR truck licence advantageous)
• Construction White Card
• Employee Working with Children Check (Must have the physical or digit card)

You must also be physically fit, reliable, punctual and comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions. Previous garden maintenance experience is advantageous but not essential.
All required licences and checks must be presented on your first day.
