Job summary

Programmed is seeking Garden Labourers for outdoor grounds maintenance in Sydney's Choice 1-3 areas. The role involves planting, weeding, pruning, watering, mowing, edging, soil preparation, and tool maintenance. You will work day shifts with a pay rate of $33.05 per hour and must pass Police and Working with Children checks.

Ideal candidates are willing to learn, capable of lifting heavy objects, and able to work outdoors in varying weather, with a teamwork mindset and safety-first approach.

Qualifications

• Be able to pass a Police Check
• Experience is ideal but not essential
• Willingness to learn and keen attitude
• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects, bend, squat, kneel, and stand for extended periods
• Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team
