Job summary

Programmed GO is seeking Garden Labourers to join our outdoor maintenance team in various Sydney regions. The role covers planting, pruning, lawn care and general garden upkeep. Day shifts run 7am to 3pm, with a pay rate of AU$33.05 per hour.

We value safety, teamwork and a positive attitude in a dynamic outdoor environment. Experience is helpful but not required; training is available. Candidates must be able to pass police and working with children checks and be prepared to work outdoors in

Qualifications

• Police Check and Working with Children Check required.
• Experience preferred but not essential.
• Willingness to learn and positive attitude.
• Physical ability to lift, bend, squat and stand for long periods.
• Must work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.

Pay Rate: $33.05

Shift: Day Shift 7am - 3pm

Job Duties:

• Perform tasks such as planting, weeding, pruning, and watering
• Mow lawns, trim edges, and care for turf areas
• Prepare soil, mulch, and plant beds
• Operate and maintain gardening tools and equipment
• Adhere to safety protocols for a safe work environment

About you:

• Be able to pass a Police Check & Working with Children Check
• Experience is ideal but not essential
• Willingness to learn and keen attitude
• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects, bend, squat, kneel, and stand for extended periods
• Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team
