This role involves assisting with the construction and modification of precast concrete structures. Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year Gantry and Precast experience.
• Ability to perform vertical and horizontal lifts safely.
• Experience lifting Concrete Precast Panels from Caged Box Aluminium Form.

Responsibilities

• Start work at 4am and strip panels.
• Lime wash panels and perform general labouring tasks.
• Use basic hand and power tools.

Overview

Our client is a Leading Manufacturer of high-quality, tailored precast concrete panels located in Western Sydney. We are looking for a Precast Gantry/Over Head Crane Operator for long term employment. Mostly 10-hour days, Monday to Friday with some Saturday work. All undercover work which means the weather doesn’t stop the production. The purpose of this role is to assist with the construction, repair and modification of Precast concrete structures and reinforced steel.

Responsibilities

• Starting at 4am
• Stripping Panels
• Lime Washing
• General Labouring
• Basic Hand and Power tool experience

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year Gantry and Precast experience
• Know how to do vertical and horizontal lifts
• Know how to lift Concrete Precast Panels, out of Caged Box Aluminium Form
• Good with Remote Control Handle Mechanisms
• Enthusiasm and willingness to learn and grow with the company
• Exceptional commitment to safety
• Ability to work autonomously and within a team environment
• Must be hands-on and complete tasks that are necessary to meet deadlines
• Hold a valid Driver’s Licence
• Full working rights in Australia
