Qualifications

• Proven gaming or hospitality leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of gaming operations, compliance and responsible gambling.
• Genuine commitment to customer care and harm minimisation.
• Confident leading, training and holding a team accountable.
• Excellent organisation, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Sound cash-handling and administrative capabilities.
• Hands-on leadership style and ability to lead from the floor.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train and support our Gaming Attendants and Supervisors.
• Create a welcoming, safe and customer-focused gaming environment.
• Manage rosters effectively while meeting operational needs and wage budgets.
• Maintain high standards of presentation, cleanliness and service.
• Oversee cash handling, treasury processes and gaming room reconciliations.
• Ensure compliance with gaming legislation, Codes of Practice and responsible gambling requirements.
• Maintain accurate gaming, training and compliance records.
• Manage ARMS alerts, patron interactions, barring processes and relevant reporting.
• Coordinate gaming promotions and ensure the team actively supports each campaign.
• Monitor equipment, machine presentation and maintenance requirements.
• Work collaboratively with the Venue Manager and broader hotel management team.
• Participate in peak trading periods, weekends and a minimum of one to two closing shifts each week.
