Job summary

Steeples in Mornington is seeking a Gaming Supervisor to lead the gaming floor, TAB, and bar operations on a casual basis. You’ll guide the team to deliver seamless service, ensure compliance, and create a safe, welcoming environment for guests.

The role requires supervisory experience in gaming/ hospitality, RSA/RSG certifications, and a current gaming licence. It offers flexible, casual shifts and opportunities for development within PEGASUS LEISURE GROUP venues.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory experience in gaming or hospitality environments.
• RSA, RSG and gaming licence/certifications required or in progress.
• Current TAB compliance and Do Food Safely certification (or willingness to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise gaming, TAB, sports bar and lounge areas during shift.
• Deliver and model exceptional front-of-house service.
• Oversee opening/closing procedures for gaming and bar areas.
