Gaming & Bar Attendants – Pembroke Hotel (Sorell, TAS)

The Pembroke Hotel is seeking experienced and enthusiastic Gaming & Bar Attendants to join our friendly team in Sorell.

We are looking for people who thrive in a busy hospitality environment and can deliver excellent customer service across our bistro, gaming lounge and main bar.

About the Role

You will be responsible for:

• Providing exceptional service in the bar, bistro, gaming, and TAB/Tote areas
• Handling cash and Keno transactions with accuracy
• Monitoring and assisting with EGM (Electronic Gaming Machine) operations
• Ensuring compliance with RSA, RCG, and gaming regulations
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all patrons

What We're Looking For

• Current RSA and RCG certification (essential)
• Minimum 6 months or less experience in Senior Keno writer duties is acceptable
• EGM training/experience in gaming operations
• Basic training only in EGM operations is sufficient
• TAB/Tote operations experience highly regarded
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional manner
• Flexibility to work weekends, nights, and public holidays
• Reliability, teamwork, and attention to detail
