Job summary

Greenbank Services Club is seeking a customer-focused team member to join our gaming and hospitality crew at our Hillcrest venue. You will assist members with gaming machines, take orders, handle cash, and deliver friendly beverage service in a vibrant club environment.

Ideal candidates will have experience in hospitality or a customer-facing role, with strong grooming, presentation, and communication skills.

Qualifications

Experience with Electronic Gaming Machines and loyalty systems.
Knowledge of RSG regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

Provide prompt, friendly customer focused advice to members and guests regarding machines or loyalty systems.
Communicate effectively and take food and drink orders.
Handle all cash and gaming transactions securely and protect member privacy.
Provide prompt, friendly beverage service to members and guests.
Deliver efficient customer service to members and guests.
Promote Club events and relay information to patrons.
Maintain a clean and tidy work area.
Cashier duties including Keno services and cash payouts.
