Qualifications

• RSA and RSG certificates are essential.
• Previous gaming or hospitality experience is preferred; training provided.
• Minimum 1+ years of hospitality experience required.
• Friendly, professional and reliable.
• Excellent communication and attention to detail.
• Rotating roster including days, nights, weekends and public holidays.
• Australian work rights essential.

Responsibilities

• Deliver warm, professional service to all guests.
• Monitor and maintain gaming room presentation.
• Assist with payouts, clearances, and cash handling.
• Ensure compliance with QLD gaming regulations and RSA/RSG requirements.
• Support the team with general bar and floor duties when required.
• Uphold venue policies and service standards at all times.
