Gaming Attendant | Hamilton Hotel | Calling All NightOwls!

Are you an experienced Gaming Attendant and a true night owl? Hamilton Hotel is looking for a dedicated pro to join our team and keep the good times rolling during our late-night shifts!

You’ll be the go-to person for guests needing help with gaming machines, jackpots, and promotions, ensuring a safe and enjoyable gaming environment from dusk till dawn. Your excellent customer service and attention to detail will make every guest’s experience a winner.

A day in the life of a Gaming Attendant:

• Actively engage with guests by sharing your passion for our products and create special moments that our guests won’t forget
• Contribute positively to our culture of responsibility, which is centred around safety as well as RSA and RCG/RSG compliance
• Complete machine payouts and cash handling tasks in accordance with hotel policies and gaming regulations

About you:

• You are great with people, detail and communication and are motivated to make magic happen for your guests and your teammates
• You are a team player and have flexible availability across the day, evenings and weekends
• You must hold current industry RSA and RSG/RCG qualifications (ARCG a bonus or willing to obtain will work too!)
• You’ll be yourself and come as you are - ALH is known for its people!
