Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and timely information to prospective students and stakeholders via phone, web form, email or web chat.
• Maintain up-to-date records of enquiries and communications in the UNSW CRM.
• Meet KPIs and SLAs while delivering high levels of customer service.
• Follow instructions from the team leader and perform tasks according to procedures.
• Contribute to health and safety policies and ensure compliance with university policies.
• Participate in training sessions to stay current with policies and guidelines.
• Engage in high-volume targeted outreach campaigns to drive applications and enrolments.
