Job summary

NAB invites graduates in Finance & Strategy to join a structured program commencing February 2028 in Melbourne. You’ll gain hands-on experience through rotations across finance, strategy and forecasting, with mentoring and exposure to data-led decision making.

As a non-traditional finance graduate, you’ll develop strong financial analysis and accounting skills while helping transform how finance operates at NAB. Melbourne-based with some Sydney opportunities.

Qualifications

• Be eligible to apply: Australian or New Zealand citizenship or Australian permanent resident at time of applying.
• Have completed an undergraduate or postgraduate degree in the past three years (2025, 2026 or 2027) or be due to complete it by program start.

Responsibilities

• Through rotations, you’ll work with a diverse mix of analysts, business partners, risk managers, financial modellers, accountants and strategists.
• Gain hands-on experience across financial analysis, regulatory and performance reporting.
• Turn complex data into clear, actionable insights and build technical capability using BI tools and data-driven methods.
