NAB is offering a graduate program in Finance & Strategy based in Melbourne, with rotations across core finance functions. You’ll gain hands‑on experience, receive structured training and mentoring, and collaborate with leaders across NAB to build a strong foundation for a career in finance.
The program commences in February 2028 and involves exposure to financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting, while developing technical skills in BI tools and data analysis.

Our Finance & Strategy teams are trusted partners across NAB, playing a critical role in enabling the organisation to deliver its strategic priorities. We provide financial insights, specialist advice and data‑led analysis to support informed decision‑making.
Finance & Strategy is responsible for areas including group strategy, financial forecasting and analysis, business performance, balance sheet management, treasury, tax, financial and regulatory reporting, financial control, accounting and investor relations. Through our Strategy and Innovation teams, we help shape NAB’s future direction, while our Treasury teams manage liquidity, capital, funding and the balance sheet.
We’re not looking for traditional finance graduates — we’re looking for finance graduates of the future.
