Endeavour Energy is seeking a Future Energy Planning Engineer in NSW to support strategic forecasting, data integration and modelling for the fastest-growing electricity network in NSW. The role emphasizes data science, data quality, and cross-functional collaboration to drive decarbonisation and energy transition.

You will transform complex data into actionable insights, improve planning tools, and help shape the network for Western Sydney, Illawarra, Shoalhaven and Blue Mountains.

Qualificações

• Bachelor of Engineering is required.
• Specialisation or capability in electrical engineering, data science or computer science is highly regarded.
• Candidates with data science or electrical engineering background are preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Develop forecasts and models for long-term network planning and decarbonisation using data science techniques.
• Support governance of forecasting datasets and products with strong data quality.
• Contribute to electrical modelling to identify network constraints and interventions.
• Advance planning tools and scenario modelling for data-driven investment decisions.
• Build relationships with customers, developers and market stakeholders to address evolving needs.
