La-Z-Boy retail Australia in Tweed Heads is seeking a motivated Sales Consultant to join our team. This full-time role involves delivering an exceptional customer experience, guiding customers through the sales process, and driving sales of our premium furniture range.

You will work Tuesday to Saturday, 40 hours per week, with commission opportunities, ongoing training, and employee discounts. A strong retail or furniture sales background, excellent communication, and teamwork are essential to

Previous experience in a customer-facing retail or sales role.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong product knowledge and passion for customer service.
Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Responsabilités

Provide exceptional customer service and guide customers through the sales process.
Demonstrate and showcase our furniture products, highlighting features and benefits.
Listen to customer needs to recommend suitable solutions.
Process sales transactions and ensure accurate order fulfillment.
Maintain a clean, visually appealing retail environment.
Support the team in achieving sales targets and store objectives.
Participate in ongoing product and sales training to enhance expertise.
