Dynamic Staffing Solutions – Bayswater VIC is seeking a Furnace Operator for the afternoon shift in Bayswater. The role runs Monday to Friday, 2pm–10pm, with a permanent pay rate of $38.75–$45.00 per hour plus super.

You will operate and monitor a high-temperature furnace to maintain quality and production efficiency. Responsibilities include loading and unloading glass, adjusting temperatures, inspecting products, and performing routine maintenance.

Based in Bayswater this glass processor specialises in supplying high-quality architectural glass products to the residential housing and commercial building industry.

Your duties will be to in operate and monitor high-temperature furnace to ensure consistent glass production. You’ll be knowledgeable in temperature control, and safety procedures, with a strong focus on quality, efficiency, and maintaining optimal furnace performance.

Afternoon shift operating hours are 2pm - 10pm Monday to Friday with a permanent pay rate of $38.75 per hour - $45.00 per hour depending on experience.
