Job summary

Perigon Group in Sydney is seeking a Fund & Investment Operations professional to strengthen the middle-office across the full investment lifecycle, supporting real estate and private credit initiatives. You will manage investor reporting, capital calls, reconciliations and settlements, AML/KYC, SPV administration and onboarding, coordinating with fund administrators and investment teams.

Qualifications

• Experience within investment management, funds management, private credit or real estate investment.
• Understanding of how investment and fund operations work in practice and ability to coordinate across stakeholders.
• Exposure to capital calls, investor reporting, settlements, fund administration, AML/KYC or investor servicing.

Responsibilities

• Support investor reporting including NAV statements and distributions.
• Prepare and track capital calls across fund investors.
• Maintain capital call registers and coordinate with fund admins.
• Support fund reconciliations and quarterly management reporting.
• Assist with loan settlements including drawdowns and repayments.
• Manage conditions precedent checklists and due diligence.
• Coordinate AML/KYC for borrowers and investors.
• Support SPV establishment and administration for new transactions.

• Prepare and maintain DDQs and investor information.
• Support board and Investment Committee administration and governance.
• Maintain transaction documentation, templates and data rooms.

An opportunity has arisen to join a growing Australian investment management business with a significant real estate investment platform and expanding private credit capability.

With a highly experienced investment team and continued growth planned across the business, they are now looking to strengthen their middle-office capability with a Fund & Investment Operations professional who can work across the full investment lifecycle.

This is a broad, hands‑on role spanning fund administration, transaction support, investor servicing, compliance and operational processes. It would suit someone who enjoys being close to the investments and wants greater ownership.

The role

Working closely with the investment, finance and senior leadership teams, responsibilities will include:

• Supporting investor reporting including NAV statements, distributions and capital call/drawdown notices
• Preparing and tracking capital calls across fund investors and co‑investors
• Maintaining capital call registers and coordinating with fund administrators and registry providers
• Supporting fund reconciliations and quarterly/management reporting
• Assisting with loan settlements, including drawdowns, redraws and repayments
• Managing conditions precedent checklists and supporting transaction due diligence
• Coordinating AML/KYC requirements for borrowers and investors
• Supporting the establishment and administration of SPVs for new transactions
• Managing investor onboarding, queries and ongoing communications
• Preparing and maintaining DDQs and investor information
• Supporting board and Investment Committee administration and governance requirements
• Maintaining transaction documentation, templates and data rooms
• Helping develop SOPs and improve recurring operational processes

About you

• You will have experience within investment management, funds management, private credit, private debt, real estate investment or a related alternative investment environment.
• You'll understand how investment and fund operations work in practice and be comfortable coordinating across multiple internal and external stakeholders.
• Exposure to areas such as capital calls, investor reporting, settlements, fund administration, AML/KYC or investor servicing would be particularly relevant.
