SustainRecruit is thrilled to be partnering with a prominent and highly-regarded firm in their search for a Fund Accounting Manager to join their team. Our client is a leader in this space and has been growing significantly over the last few years on the back of various investment strategies. This role provides the opportunity to oversee the firm's flagship product; leading a team and overseeing operations for the fund.

In this role, you will be collaborating with senior members across the finance team, working with various external stakeholders and acting as the main point of contact for the fund. Sitting within a high-performing team, this role will provide opportunities to upskill, take ownership of work and grow with one of the leading players across the APAC region.

In this role, you will be involved with;

• Preparation and delivery of all investor-related fund accounting outputs, including monthly unit pricing and quarterly NAV reports
• Coordination and management of the external fund administrator’s activities related to the funds
• Management of the annual financial audit process
• Ensuring tax compliance for the funds
• Handling investor onboarding, including assessment of application and AML/KYC documentation
• Responding to investor queries and managing data request processes
• Identifying and implementing improvements to enhance efficiency in accounting-related operations and workflows
  
  

Experience/skills that we are ideally looking for;

• 7+ years of experience within Fund Accounting
• CA/CPA Qualified (or equivalent)
• Prior experience in leading small teams
• Strong communication skills
• Excellent organisation and time management skills
• Ambitious and motivated, with an initiative-led mindset
