Delaware North Australia is seeking a full-time Functions Set-up Supervisor for the iconic MCG. You will coordinate and supervise event setup, service, and pack-down, while closely collaborating with the Set-up Manager and with functions, sales and operations teams.

This role rewards attention to detail and a proactive, guest-focused approach, with varied hours including weekends and public holidays across Melbourne's premier events.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and supervise event setup, service, and pack-down activities
• Set up dining areas, cafés, meeting rooms, conference spaces, banquet halls, and event venues according to client requirements
• Ensure tables, chairs, linen, crockery, cutlery, glassware, buffet stations, coffee stations, and service areas are correctly arranged
• Conduct pre-event inspections to ensure venue presentation and operational readiness
• Manage event timelines and ensure all activities run according to schedule

As the Functions Set-Up Supervisor, you will be reporting in the Set-up Manager and working closely with the functions, sales, and operations teams, including kitchens. You will be driving exceptional guest service in this thriving sporting and entertainment venue and have an articulate attention to detail.
