The Information Technology Office plays an integral role in the success of the University ensuring the national provision of technology solutions that enable Learning & Teaching, Research and Administration across our University.
As a Functional Business Analyst, you’ll leverage your expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 to design, configure and optimise CRM solutions that enhance student attraction, engagement, and success. Working across Sales, Customer Service, Contact Centre and Customer Insights modules, you’ll gather requirements, drive continuous improvement, and align technology with strategic goals.
