Job summary

Peoplebank is seeking an experienced SAP Functional Analyst to implement, configure, and support SAP S/4HANA modules with a focus on Procure-to-Pay. The role drives upgrade/migration to SAP Cloud ERP and collaborates with stakeholders to ensure high-quality SAP solutions aligned with business goals.

You will design, configure, and test P2P functionality, support integration across SAP FI/CO, MM, and Inventory, and contribute to delivery within Agile teams in a complex, asset-intensive

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering multiple end-to-end SAP transformation projects from a P2P functional perspective.
• Strong S/4HANA experience, including both On-Premise and RISE environments.
• Deep SAP P2P expertise, including process design, solution architecture, and functional configuration.
• Proven experience in the design and implementation of SAP Fiori applications within P2P contexts.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to capture detailed requirements for new initiatives as directed by the Delivery Lead.
• Develop functional specs, design documentation, and business process flows for P2P capabilities across Purchasing to Accounts Payable and warehousing.
• Configure new Procure-to-Pay functionality and perform unit, integration, and UAT testing.
• Provide production support for P2P, including training and documentation of solutions.
• Support cross-functional streams including Finance, Works Management, and Health Safety & Environment.

Job description

Functional Analyst (SAP) 6 Month Contract (High Chance Of Extension)

Key purpose of this role

The SAP Functional Analyst is responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting SAP S/4HANA modules to meet business requirements as well as supporting the P2P workstream to deliver a successful upgrade and migration to SAP Cloud ERP. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders to analyse processes, design solutions, and ensure successful delivery of SAP functionalities aligned with organisational objectives.

Key accountabilities of this role

• Work collaboratively with business stakeholders to establish detailed requirements for new initiatives (change requests) as directed by the Delivery Lead.
• Development of functional specifications, solution design documentation, and business process flows of any new Procure-to-Pay functionality across the P2P lifecycle including Purchasing/Procurement through to Accounts Payable Invoicing as well as Logistics functions including warehousing functions and goods/services receipting.
• Configuration of any new Procure-to-Pay functionality
• Testing (unit, integration, UAT) of any new Procure-to-Pay functionality
• Support for Procure-to-Pay functionality in production systems including training and documentation of the solution
• Support cross-functional streams, including Finance, Works Management (WM), and Health Safety & Environment (HSE).
• Liaise and support integration between functional teams
