We have a Casual Functions and Events Chef to join our Functions & Events team. If you’re ready to hit the ground running and thrive in a dynamic environment, this is your chance to be part of a team that lives and breathes our values and culture.

Reporting to the Kitchen Manager, you’ll play a key role in the Functions and Events operations of the kitchen until the end of the year.

You will be ensuring the delivery of high-quality food from preparation to plate. You’ll support a variety of hospitality outlets including the Park View Bar, Patio Café, me&u food service for the Driving Range, and our vibrant event and function spaces.

About you

Essential

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on food & beverage environment, delivering exceptional results
• Experience in a la carte, paddock-to-plate, fresh-to-order cooking, banquets/events, and high-end plating
• Minimum 1 year of proven experience in a similar hospitality role
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality food preparation
• Strong time management and organisational skills
• Creativity, passion, and a drive to succeed
• Energetic and vibrant approach to work
• Valid Food Safety Certificate
• Current Working With Children Check
