Job summary

JJ’s Waste & Recycling in Moruya is seeking an HR Truck Driver / Waste Operator to join a stable, permanent team. You’ll drive a modern collection vehicle, perform bin deliveries and yard work, and operate a forklift with on-site workshop support.

Shifts begin early (around 4am–6am). The role offers full-time hours, overtime, bonuses, and the chance to grow within Australia’s largest family‑owned waste company that values safety and reliability.

Qualifications

• Hold a current HR licence and Forklift ticket.
• Experience with Rear Lift, Crane, Hook Lift, Side Lift or Front Lift is preferred, but full training will be provided.
• Early start shifts around 4am–6am; reliable and punctual.
• Able to follow a driver run sheet and adapt on the go.
• Physically capable for regular manual handling including loading/unloading bins.

Responsibilities

• Waste collection and bin deliveries.
• Bin preparation and yard maintenance (including forklift operation).
• Operate a safe, well-maintained waste collection vehicle with on-site support.
