Job summary

Duffs Jewellers is seeking a Full-time Second in Charge (2IC) Manager to join our Warrnambool store. The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer experiences and maintaining high brand presentation standards.

You will support the Manager in daily operations while motivating the team in a high-performance environment. Applicants should have two years of management experience in retail (ideally fashion), strong customer relations skills, and the ability to exceed KPIs.

• Demonstrated customer relations practice in a variety of settings
• Effective literacy and numeracy skills
• Ability to exceed Key Performance Indicators
