Job summary

Seed Heritage is seeking a Full-time Sales Assistant for our Warringah concept store. You will deliver a premium customer experience, assist with styling and fittings, and keep store presentation at peak standards.

You will manage transactions via the POS system, contribute to hitting sales targets, and maintain stock and visual merchandising to reflect Seed Heritage’s modern, Australian design focus.

We are looking for a Full-time Sales Assistant, passionate about connecting with customers by offering a one-of-a-kind retail experience within our Warringah concept store. THE ROLE:

• Create a memorable and seamless experience with every customer interaction.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Experience in a similar fashion retail role with a strong sense of personal style.
• Demonstrated experience using a point-of-sale system.
• An eye for detail, with a passion for styling and Visual Merchandising.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Exposure to large stock volumes and stock management.
• A genuine desire to be part of Seed Heritage and alignment with our values
• Ability to build and maintain customer relationships by delivering exceptional customer service
