Seed Heritage is looking for a Sales Assistant to join our Harbour Town Concept Store on the Gold Coast. You will deliver a premium customer experience, showcase product knowledge and contribute to a high-performing team in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will thrive on styling, visual merchandising and building lasting customer relationships while supporting stock control and store presentation. Roster includes late evenings, weekends and Mondays to meet business needs.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar fashion retail role with a strong sense of personal style.
• Demonstrated experience using a point-of-sale system.
• Eye for detail with a passion for styling and visual merchandising.

Responsibilities

• Create a memorable and seamless experience with every customer interaction.
• Maintain presentation standards through visual merchandising, stock management and cleaning.
• Process customer transactions on the point-of-sale system.
• Exceed sales targets and business KPIs.
• Provide styling advice and support in fitting rooms.
• Roster includes late night trade, weekends and Mondays.

THE ROLE:

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Exposure to large stock volumes and stock management.

• Ability to build and maintain customer relationships by delivering exceptional customer service.
