Healthcarelink Support seeks an experienced Registered Nurse to join a GP Clinic in Ryde on a full-time basis. You will support General Practitioners in delivering high-quality patient care within a collaborative medical centre.

Qualifications

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
• Experience in General Practice or Medical Centre.
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist GPs with chronic disease management and care plans.
• Perform clinical procedures including immunisations, wound care, ECGs, venepuncture.
• Infection control, sterilisation and stock management.
• Patient triage, recalls and follow-ups.
• Accurate clinical documentation and Medicare-related nursing tasks.
