Job summary

ALDI Brand store in Oldsmar, FL is seeking a Store Associate to support merchandising, stocking and cashiering duties. You will help maintain clean, organized aisles and provide friendly customer service to shoppers.

You'll work roughly 30+ hours per week, with a starting wage of $18.50 per hour and opportunities for wage increases over time. Must be at least 18 years old and able to perform physical tasks as part of a retail team.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old required.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior work experience in a retail environment preferred.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Ability to interpret and follow store policies and procedures.
• Ability to work independently and with others.

Responsibilities

• Merchandising and stocking product to maintain store appearance.
• Cashier duties and processing customer purchases with POS.
• Maintain clean and organized shelves and displays.
• Assist curbside pickup orders and ensure timely delivery.
• Adhere to cash policies and procedures and loss prevention.
• Support store management in achieving efficiency and loss goals.
