Job summary

Wilson Security is recruiting licensed Security Officers for Full Time Reliever roles across Caboolture, Northlakes and Strathpine. You will provide professional customer service, conduct patrols, monitor CCTV, and respond to incidents across multiple sites and shifts.

Roles include 4-, 8- and 12-hour shifts, weekdays, weekends and nights, with uniforms and site-specific training provided. Join a respected national security company with opportunities to develop your security career.

Qualifications

• Current QLD Security Licence – Mandatory.
• Current First Aid – Mandatory.
• Australian citizen or holder of Unlimited Work Rights.

Looking for your next security opportunity? We are currently recruiting licensed Security Officers for a range of Full Time Reliever roles across Caboolture, Northlakes and Strathpine.

Roles include:

• Static Security Officers
• Mobile Patrol Officers

What You'll Be Doing

Depending on the role, your responsibilities may include:

• Supporting the general public as required
• Preparing incident and security reports
• Event security duties
• Other security and site-specific duties

What We're Looking For

• Current QLD Security Licence - Mandatory
• Current First Aid - Mandatory
• Australian Citizen or holder of Unlimited Work Rights
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Professional presentation and a proactive approach
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to work rotating rosters, including days, nights and weekends
• Good computer skills and ability to use security-related systems
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Highly Desirable:

• Crowd Control endorsement
• Own reliable transport
• Experience with CCTV and access control systems
• Previous experience in a security or customer-facing environment
