Job summary

Wilson Security is seeking licensed Security Officers for Full Time Reliever roles in Caboolture, Northlakes and Strathpine. You will provide customer service, conduct patrols, monitor CCTV and incident reporting across multiple sites within a designated region.

Roles include 4/8/12-hour shifts across weekdays, weekends and nights. The company offers comprehensive training, development opportunities and benefits as a national security provider.

Qualifications

• Current QLD Security Licence is mandatory.
• Current First Aid is mandatory.
• Australian citizen or holder of unlimited work rights.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Professional presentation and a proactive approach.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to work rotating rosters including days, nights and weekends.
• Good computer skills and ability to use security-related systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional customer service to site visitors and clients.

• Respond to incidents and emergencies.
• Identify and report hazards and security risks.
