Job summary

Kids and Cubs Clinic in Balmain, NSW, is seeking a full-time Speech Pathologist to provide on-site assessment and therapy for children aged 0–16. The role includes travel to local preschools and schools for group sessions.

You will conduct comprehensive assessments, develop individualized plans, document progress, and share outcomes with families and professionals. Collaboration within a multidisciplinary team and ongoing professional development are expected.

Qualifications

• Competence in assessing and treating communication disorders in children.
• Tertiary degree in Speech Pathology and SPA eligibility.
• Experience or strong interest in paediatric practice with 0–16 years.
• Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication for multidisciplinary work.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and deliver therapy.
• Document progress and prepare reports for caregivers and professionals.
• Collaborate with the clinic team to ensure evidence-based care.
• Participate in professional development; occasional community/school liaison.
