Clemenger Field Marketing is seeking a Full Time Merchandiser to join our National Field Team in Brisbane. The role involves planograms, relays, POS setup, pricing and ticketing across Coles, Priceline and Big W.

Immediate start available, with training provided and a clear path for career progression. You will work Monday to Friday, close to home, and enjoy a supportive team culture with recognition programs.

We are looking for someone with the ability to work and excel within a fast-paced retail environment. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a range of brands and products including beauty, gift cards, household cleaning, grocery, personal care and more, in major retailers like Coles, Priceline and Big W!

About the Role:

You will be responsible for completing various merchandising tasks such as planograms/relays, point of sale set-up, pricing, and ticketing in a variety of retail stores.

To be successful in this role, you’ll need:

• Fantastic communication skills to build relationships with store staff
• Attention to detail to execute tasks accurately
• Solution Orientated
• The ability to lift up to 15kg
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable vehicle
• Ability to receive Point of Sale items to home address
• Confidence in using smart devices and apps

Previous merchandising experience is preferred, but we would consider similar experience from different sectors. If you are willing to learn and have a great attitude, then you might just be what we’re looking for.

Salary $67, 693.74 + $1 per km

Contracted Hours

• 76 ordinary hours per fortnight
• Daily hour guide: between 8:00am–6:00pm, Monday to Friday
• Daily hours guide: Minimum 7, Maximum 9
• Must dedicate full working time Monday – Fridayto the company

Task & Time Management (TIS)

• TIS is a guide only; claim actual time spent
• If likely to exceed 38 hours/week, flag in advancefor approval
• If under 38 hours, flag early so TL can assign extra work
• Overtime onlyapplies when necessary to complete a task
• Reps must manage their hours proactively and raise shortfalls during the week

Travel Guidelines

• Follow efficient travel routes
• No claimfor travel to first store of the day or from last store to home
• Paidfor first call to last call, including in-between travel time & KMs
• Location services & geotaggingused for validation
• Call cycle radius: Up to 40km
• Where possible, complete all store activities in one visit
• Regular TL catchupsto track progress and results

KPIs:

• Capacity planning: 76 hours/FN
• Activity Completion: >99%
• Weekly Activity Planning: >99% by Monday AM
