Job summary

James Transport (AUST) is seeking a professional MC licensed driver based in Mildura to operate intrastate and interstate runs. The role covers day trips and overnight trips using well-maintained vehicles, with rounds including Mildura–Griffith, Adelaide, Melbourne, and occasional Sydney/Brisbane itineraries.

Applicants must hold a current MC licence, a clean driving record and an up-to-date Licence History printout.

Qualifications

• Current MC Licence.
• Good driving record.
• A Licence History printout within the last 30 days.
• Neat and tidy appearance taking pride in personal grooming.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic Fatigue Management Accreditation or willingness to obtain.
• Dangerous Goods Licence or willingness to obtain.
• Award rates and conditions including hourly and km rates.
• Immediate start.

Professional MC licensed truck drivers are required, based out of our Mildura depot. Both return day trips and overnight stay trips will be required. You will drive modern, well-maintained vehicles at above award rates.

• Drive tankers Mildura to Griffith and surrounding area
• Drive tautliner Mildura to Adelaide and return
• Drive tautliner Mildura to Melbourne and return
• Sydney and Brisbane on a non-regular basis

About you

• A current MC Licence
• A good driving record
