Job summary

Solutions+ is seeking a Landscape Gardener to maintain and enhance sites across commercial landscapes in NSW. You will join an experienced team, perform hands-on garden care and contribute to quality outdoor spaces.

You'll need practical experience in grounds maintenance, a safety‑minded approach, and a current driver’s licence. National Police Check and Working With Children Check are required for this role.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in grounds maintenance, horticulture or landscaping.
• Hands-on approach and commitment to safety at work.
• Must have a National Police Check and Working With Children Check.
• Current driver’s licence and reliable transport to site.

Responsibilities

• Mow, edge and maintain lawns, gardens and open spaces to a high standard.
• Weed, mulch and maintain garden beds across sites.
• Prune shrubs, hedges and small trees to keep areas neat.
• Safely operate lawn mowers, brush cutters and other equipment.
• Assist with planting, upgrades and landscape improvements.
• Apply fertilisers and assist with weed and pest control tasks.
• Monitor lawns and report maintenance issues to the team leader.
• Carry out irrigation checks and minor repairs as needed.
