Job summary

Aquawest is seeking an Irrigation Labourer to join our Dubbo team. You’ll assist in installing, commissioning and servicing irrigation systems across residential, commercial and agricultural projects. The role suits outdoorsy individuals who enjoy hands-on work and learning on the job.

Travel may be required occasionally; full training will be provided. We value reliability, teamwork, and a pride in doing quality work. Immediate start and growth opportunities available across Australia.

Qualifications

Must be an Australian citizen or resident for tax purposes.
Have full working rights in Australia.
A current drivers licence.
Good work ethic and great personality.
Strong attention to detail.
Willingness to learn and be part of a friendly team.

Responsibilities

Installing residential, agricultural and commercial irrigation systems.
Pump installation, repairs and maintenance.
Solar pump installation and repairs.
Diagnosing, repairing and maintaining irrigation systems.
Assembling irrigation products in preparation for install.
Working on domestic water projects, stock water projects, pivot installations, bore pump installations and more.
Trench, lay and backfill.
Provide friendly and knowledgeable customer service.
Operate machinery in a safe manner.
Completing work safely.
