Job summary

Melbourne Hand Rehab is seeking a qualified Hand Therapist to join our Mill Park clinic and work with a supportive, experienced team. We welcome Occupational Therapists and Physiotherapists with a strong background in hand and upper limb rehabilitation.

You will work in an established clinic with a robust referral network, participate in on-site mentoring and ongoing professional development, and contribute to high-quality patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Occupational Therapist or Physiotherapist with demonstrated hand therapy experience.
• Strong clinical reasoning and assessment skills across a range of upper limb conditions.
• Enthusiasm for splinting, post-surgical rehabilitation and injury management.
• A team player who communicates well and builds strong relationships with patients and referrers alike.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on hand and upper limb rehabilitation.
• Collaborate with clinicians to ensure cohesive patient care.
• Participate in on-site mentoring and contribute to best-practice care.

Our Mill Park clinic is growing and we’re looking for our next amazing team member! We currently have a full time Hand Therapist position available for this site!

About the role:

As our Mill Park clinic continues to grow, we’re looking for an enthusiastic, passionate and experienced Hand Therapist to join our supportive and collaborative team in Melbourne’s north.
