Job summary

Men of Business Academy (MOB) seeks an experienced Teacher Aide to join our growing junior and senior secondary teams in 2027. You will support teachers with planning, deliver learning activities, and provide targeted one-on-one or small-group support to build students’ confidence and learning engagement.

The role emphasises inclusive education, positive behaviour strategies, and collaboration with staff to create a welcoming classroom. WWCC is required or willingness to obtain it.

Qualifications

• Certificate III in Education Support or higher is required.
• Certificate III in Youth Work preferred.
• Previous school environment experience across upper primary to senior secondary.
• Working with Children Check (WWCC) current or willing to obtain.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and accuracy when handling information.

Responsibilities

• Assist teachers with planning, preparation, and delivery of learning activities.
• Provide one-on-one or small-group support to students to build confidence and engagement.
• Implement behaviour and learning support programs under teacher direction.
• Communicate student progress and maintain appropriate records.
