Job summary

Guardian Childcare & Education is seeking a fun, caring Educator for a full-time role at Guardian Preston West. You will help create engaging daily experiences for young children, building strong relationships with families and teammates while delivering the To Be Me learning program.

The role offers opportunities for professional growth, above award pay, and a supportive Centre Manager to help you thrive in a dynamic early-learning environment.

Qualifications

• Completion of the national mandatory Child Protection training via the GECCKO platform.
• Availability to work between 7am-6pm, Monday to Friday, with a rotating roster.
• Current Working with Children Check.
• Child Protection Certificate and Food Safety Certificate are a plus.
• 2–3 years of experience in early childhood education is ideal.
