Job summary

Guardian Childcare & Education is seeking a full-time Educator at the Mt Evelyn centre to inspire and nurture young learners. You’ll build meaningful relationships with children, families and staff, turning daily moments into rich learning experiences using the To Be Me program.

You’ll contribute to a warm, inclusive team with above‑award pay, opportunities for career growth, and a culture of reward and recognition.

Qualifications

• Certificate 3 in Early Childhood Education or Diploma, or working towards it.
• Availability to work between 7am–6pm, Monday to Friday, with rotating roster.
• Current Working with Children Check.
• Completion of national mandatory Child Protection training via the GECCKO platform.
