Job summary

Qualifications

• Currently studying towards or holds Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care.
• Genuine passion for working with children aged 0–6 years.
• Commitment to developing a long-term career in the early childhood sector.
• Ability to obtain a Blue Card and complete a National Police Check.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality care, supervision and support to children aged 0–6 years.
• Create a safe, welcoming and stimulating environment for learning.
• Assist in delivering age-appropriate educational programs and activities.
• Support curriculum planning and implementation with the Early Years Learning Framework.
• Contribute to observations, learning documentation and portfolios.
• Develop positive relationships with children and families.
• Maintain effective communication with parents, guardians and team members.
